If your skin has been showing the 'sending' status for a long time, it may mean there are issues on the Steam side (e.g., overloaded servers) or with the market. Don't worry, your skin will definitely return to you and you will be able to withdraw it. If you do not receive the trade offer, the skin should return to your inventory soon. If this does not happen within 24 hours, please contact us through technical support.
After an offer is canceled or if you do not accept the offer within 5 minutes, the item returns to the site after about 10 minutes.
To use all the features of the website, such as withdrawing items or opening user cases, you need to make a minimum deposit of $2.
You probably changed your email address/password/nickname or mobile token (Steam Guard) settings recently. To learn more, visit Steam Market. You need to wait for your account to be unlocked (depending on the reason, it lasts from several hours to 15 days).
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a process in which we verify customer information. AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is a verification applied due to the increasing number of financial frauds. Both KYC and AML verifications are used for security purposes. More information can be found in the terms of service.
No, that is not possible. Funds in your balance can only be used to open cases or participate in battles. Obtained skins are available for withdrawal to your connected Steam account. We do not offer direct withdrawals to bank accounts.
There are several possible reasons:
Steam delays β Sometimes Steam servers may be overloaded, causing delays in delivering trade offers. Please be patient.
Steam privacy settings β Make sure your Steam inventory is set to public, and your Steam profile has no trade restrictions.
Trade hold β Check if you have a temporary trade restriction on Steam (e.g., after changing your password or using a new device).
Incorrect trade URL β Ensure youβve provided the correct Steam trade URL in your G4Skins profile. If the offer still doesnβt arrive after some time, please contact our support.
This error means that you are currently unable to trade with other users. The most common reasons are:
Username change β After changing your Steam username, a temporary restriction may be applied by Steam, which can last from 2 to 5 hours.
No active Steam Market β To unlock the market, you need to make purchases on Steam worth at least $5.
Password or email change β These actions can trigger temporary restrictions on the Steam trading system.
Recent Steam Guard activation β After enabling Steam Guard, you must wait at least 15 days before gaining full access to trading and the market.
The trade offer should arrive on Steam shortly. If the situation remains unchanged after 24 hours, please contact our Support team.
You have 5 minutes to accept the trade offer after itβs sent by our operatorβs bot. After that time, the offer expires, and the item will be returned to your inventory. Always try to accept the trade offers as soon as possible to avoid issues.
