  4. In order to participate in the Promotion, the User must read and accept the content of the Terms. By using the Promotion, the User declares that they accept the Terms and the rules of participation.

§2 Definitions

  1. Promotional Code – a unique code enabling the use of the Promotion on the Service;

  2. User – a natural person using the Service who is of legal age;

  3. Promotion – a temporary promotional campaign during which the User can benefit from specific advantages by using Promotional Codes. The Promotion begins on 07.04.2025 and is valid until canceled by the Organizer;

  4. Deposit Bonus – additional funds granted to the User under the Promotion.

§3 Obtaining Promotional Codes

  1. Promotional Codes may be made available to Users through:

    1. official Service profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord;

    2. affiliate programs and livestreams on streaming platforms;

    3. events organized by the Service.

  2. Promotional Codes may be:

    1. single-use – can only be used by one User;

    2. with a limited number of uses – can be used by a specific number of Users determined by the Organizer, provided that it cannot be used more than once by the same User.

§4 Rules for Using Promotional Codes

  1. The Promotional Code must be entered into the designated field on the website https://G4Skins.com under the "PROMOTIONAL CODE" tab.

  2. Upon entering a valid Promotional Code, the User may receive:

    1. additional funds to their account;

    2. a free item case;

    3. a deposit bonus;

    4. experience points.

  3. Regarding Deposit Bonuses that can be obtained with a Promotional Code:

    1. excluding the Pay by Skins payment method, the User can receive up to a +25% bonus for each account top-up;

    2. for the Pay by Skins payment method, the User can receive up to a +15% bonus for each account top-up.

  4. The value of the obtained Promotional Code cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred to other accounts.

§5 Restrictions and Exclusions

  1. Promotional Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate a Promotional Code obtained by a User in the event of a breach of the Service’s Terms of Use.

§6 Complaints

  1. The User has the right to file a complaint in any case where they believe their rights related to the use of Promotional Codes have been violated.

  2. Complaints should be sent to the following address – complaint declarations: Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus, or via email: [email protected].

  3. As part of the complaint process, the User must provide a link to their Steam profile and their steamid64 identification number. The Organizer recommends contacting support and reporting questions or issues via the contact form – in such cases, the Organizer provides 24/7 responses.

  4. The complaint will be processed within 14 business days from the date it is received.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Service’s website.

  2. For matters not covered by these Terms, the G4Skins Service Terms of Use and the provisions of Cypriot law shall apply.

  3. These Terms are effective from the date of their publication, i.e. 07.04.2025.
