§1 General Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") set forth the terms and rules for participation in the Promotion organized by OXMIS LTD, HE 467004, with its registered office at: Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter: "Organizer").

  2. The Promotion is organized on the website https://G4Skins.com (hereinafter: "Service").

  3. The Promotion includes the provision and use of Promo Codes and Coupons by Users of the Service in accordance with the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions.

  4. The condition for participating in the Promotion is the User's prior review of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, the User declares that they accept the content of the Terms and Conditions and the rules for participation in the Promotion.

§2 Definitions

  1. Promo Code – a unique code enabling the use of the Promotion within the Service;

  2. Coupon – a digital promotional entitlement assigned to the User's Account in the Service, enabling the use of the Promotion within the Service;

  3. Coupon Activation – manual activation of a Coupon by the User within the Service, enabling its use according to the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions and the parameters of the given Coupon;

  4. User – a natural person of legal age using the Service;

  5. Promotion – a temporary promotional campaign under which a User may benefit from specific advantages by using Promo Codes or Coupons. The Promotion begins on 07.04.2025 and lasts until further notice by the Organizer;

  6. Deposit Bonus – additional funds granted to the User as part of the Promotion;

  7. EGGXP Points – points awarded to the User through selected promotional mechanisms in the Service, in particular for opening cases, which may entitle the User to obtain Coupons in accordance with the rules set by the Organizer within the Service.

§3 Methods of Obtaining Promo Codes

  1. Promo Codes may be made available to Users through:

    1. The Service's official social media profiles: Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord;

    2. Affiliate programs and broadcasts on streaming platforms;

    3. Events organized by the Service.

  2. Promo Codes may be:

    1. Single-use – may be used by only one User;

    2. With a limited number of uses – may be used by a number of Users specified by the Organizer, provided that it cannot be used multiple times by the same User.

§4 Methods of Obtaining Coupons

  1. Coupons may be awarded to Users as part of promotional mechanisms available in the Service, in particular within the Chickenpass event.

  2. Coupons may be awarded to Users for earning EGGXP Points and reaching subsequent levels within the mechanisms specified by the Organizer in the Service.

  3. Not every level reached by a User within the promotional mechanisms must result in the awarding of a Coupon or any other promotional benefit. On selected levels, the User may not receive any Coupon. Information regarding the possibility of obtaining a Coupon, the type of Coupon, and the conditions for obtaining it is determined by the Organizer in the Service.

  4. Coupons are available to the User in a dedicated tab in the User's profile and in the quick inventory "Your Items".

§5 Rules for Using Promo Codes

  1. A Promo Code must be entered into the specially designated field on the website https://G4Skins.com under the "PROMO CODE" tab.

  2. After entering a valid Promo Code, the User may receive:

    1. Additional Credits;

    2. A free item case;

    3. A deposit bonus;

    4. Experience points (EXP).

  3. In accordance with the rules set out in the G4Skins Service Terms and Conditions, when using the Pay by Skins method:

    1. Deposited funds are placed in the Piggy Bank, where they remain for a period of 8 calendar days, unless the User uses the Instant Payment option;

    2. Regardless of whether the User used Instant Payment or the Piggy Bank system, the Deposit Bonus will be credited only after 8 calendar days, provided that the transaction is not cancelled by the User;

    3. Only the deposit value is visible in the Piggy Bank – the Bonus is not included therein and cannot be used prematurely.

  4. The value of an obtained Promo Code cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to other accounts.

§6 Rules for Using Coupons

  1. A Coupon is subject to manual Coupon Activation by the User within the Service.

  2. The following types of Coupons may be available in the Service:

    1. Deposit Bonus Coupon;

    2. Case purchase discount Coupon;

    3. EXP points Coupon for the main level in the Service, for which the User receives keys to EXP cases.

  3. Each Coupon has a specific validity period of: 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days, counted from the moment the User receives the Coupon.

  4. Coupon Activation does not extend its validity period nor does it restart the countdown. After the validity period expires, the Coupon becomes void and cannot be used.

  5. The Coupon's expiration date is visible in the dedicated Coupon inventory.

  6. Coupons do not stack with each other or with other promotions, unless the terms of a specific promotion or information from the Organizer in the Service states otherwise. In the case of discount Coupons for the same case, only one Coupon may be active.

  7. A Deposit Bonus Coupon may specify a maximum Deposit Bonus amount, a minimum top-up amount, or both conditions simultaneously. The Deposit Bonus is granted only after fulfilling the conditions specified in the parameters of the given Coupon.

  8. Regarding Deposit Bonuses obtained from a Coupon:

    1. Except for the Pay by Skins payment method, the User may accumulate a maximum of +25% bonus for each Account top-up;

    2. For the Pay by Skins payment method, the User may accumulate a maximum of +15% bonus for each Account top-up.

  9. In accordance with the rules set out in the Service Terms and Conditions, when using the Pay by Skins method:

    1. Deposited funds are placed in the Piggy Bank for 8 calendar days, unless the User uses Instant Payment;

    2. The Deposit Bonus will be credited only after 8 calendar days, provided the transaction is not cancelled;

    3. The Bonus is not included in the Piggy Bank balance and cannot be used beforehand.

    The Deposit Bonus resulting from a Coupon is applied to the first deposit credited to the User's main balance that meets the conditions of the given Coupon. If a User first makes a deposit using the Pay by Skins method and then makes a deposit using another method, the Coupon will be used for the deposit that is credited first, provided it meets the Coupon's conditions.

  10. The value of an obtained Coupon cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to other accounts.

§7 Restrictions and Exclusions

  1. Promo Codes and Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate a Coupon or Promo Code obtained by a User in the event of a violation of the Service Terms and Conditions.

  3. A User may use Promo Codes and Coupons only from one Account, in accordance with the restrictions on the use of Service functionalities specified in the Service Terms and Conditions.

§8 Complaints

  1. The User has the right to file a complaint in any case where they believe their rights related to the use of Promo Codes or Coupons have been violated.

  2. Complaints should be sent to the address: Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus, or via email: support@g4skins.com.

  3. As part of the complaint, the User is required to provide a link to their Steam profile and their steamid64 identification number. The Organizer recommends that Users contact them and report issues via the contact form – in the case of such a report, the Organizer provides responses 24/7.

  4. The processing time for a complaint is up to 14 business days from the date of its receipt.

§9 Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective from the moment of their publication on the Service website.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the G4Skins Service Terms and Conditions and the laws of Cyprus shall apply.

  3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication, i.e., 07.04.2025.
