FAQ BONUSES

Your deposit bonus is not added to your wallet immediately after making a deposit with skins. It is credited only when the funds are transferred from your piggy bank to your wallet.
Please keep the following rules in mind:

• Bonus validity: If the bonus is time-limited (e.g. a time-limited coupon), it must still be active when the funds are transferred from your piggy bank to your wallet. If it expires before the transfer, the bonus will not be credited.
• Another deposit: If you make another deposit using a different payment method before transferring the funds from your piggy bank to your wallet, the bonus will be applied to that new deposit instead of the funds in your piggy bank. The only exception is a permanent bonus granted through a promo code.

The current maximum deposit bonus you can receive from the daily bonus is 15%. By using promotional codes available on our social media, you can increase your deposit bonus to a maximum of 30%. The exception is the 'Pay by Skins' payment method, where the maximum deposit bonus can be 15%. If you have a deposit bonus value greater than 15% on your account and choose the 'Pay by Skin' option, the remaining part will be available for use during future payments.

To claim the daily bonus, you must set in your Steam nickname 'skins.army' and maintain it for at least 6 hours. Each level reduces the time required to claim the next reward by one hour. At level 1 you can claim a bonus every 24 hours, while at level 5 this time is reduced to 20 hours.

The current maximum level of the daily case is 8, but it may be increased soon. The level increases when you top up your account.

The maximum level in the daily bonus is 6. The level increases as you deposit your account, but it may decrease over time as it is based on the sum of deposits from the last 30 days.

The current maximum deposit bonus you can receive when paying with skins is 15%.
