§2 Definitions

  1. Terms and Conditions - these terms and conditions;

  2. Website/Store - the website located at https://G4Skins.com;

  3. Steam - the website located at steamcommunity.com;

  4. Administrator/Seller - OXMIS LTD, HE 467004, Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus;

  5. Account - the part of the Website assigned to the User, which they can log into via Steam;

  6. Service - a paid or unpaid electronic service within the meaning of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, provided on the Website to the User;

  7. Item - a virtual asset without physical form used in the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive;

  8. Customer - a User purchasing an Item from the Seller in the Store;

§3 Ownership Rights

  1. The Administrator possesses proprietary rights and intellectual property rights to the Website, including its name, internet domain, as well as logos and other content posted on the Website, or appropriate licenses to use them.

  2. Any use of the materials mentioned in paragraph 1 above may only be done with the Administrator's consent. Disseminating them without the Administrator's permission will constitute a violation of proprietary rights and may require the payment of applicable damages to the Administrator.

§4 Rules for using the Website

  1. Before using the Website, the User is advised to familiarize themselves with the content of the Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy. If the User does not accept the provisions of the Terms and Conditions or the privacy policy, they should cease using the Website.

  2. To use the Website, the User must meet the minimum technical requirements, i.e., have electronic equipment with internet access, along with a web browser with enabled support for Cookies and JavaScript. The Administrator informs that the performance of the Service depends on the User's computer hardware and internet connection.

  3. The Administrator specifies that the following actions are prohibited:

    1. Using the Website in violation of the rules and regulations specified in the Terms and Conditions, including using it in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

    2. Using the Website in a manner contrary to the provisions of the applicable law, in particular by providing or transmitting content prohibited by law, defamatory, insulting, or infringing on personal rights and other rights of third parties.

    3. Exploiting or attempting to exploit any potential errors or vulnerabilities in the Website.

    4. Impersonating another person or entity on the Website.

    5. Using the Website in a way that disrupts its functioning for the Administrator or other Users, particularly through the use of specific software or devices to circumvent security measures or authentication systems, sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or bombarding email.

    6. Decrypting, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or conducting any other type of analysis of any software or components used to provide the Services.

    7. Gaining access to, manipulating, or using non-public areas of the Website or the Service.

    8. Downloading data or other content from the Website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, in one or multiple downloads, collections, compilations, databases, directories, including similar methods using manual processes, bots, crawlers, or spiders, or in any other way.

    9. Using the Website in a manner inconsistent with the conditions under which the devices and technologies necessary for the operation of the Services were provided to Users.

  4. If the User discovers an error or vulnerability in the operation of the Website or a violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions by another User, the User is obliged to immediately report this to the Administrator.

  5. If the User uses or attempts to use errors that lead to financial losses for the Website or conduct other activities to the detriment of the Website. The Administrator is entitled to immediately block the User's account.

  6. In the event of a User's violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the Administrator, after a prior ineffective request to cease or remove the violations, with a designated deadline, may terminate the contract for the provision of Services, with a 14-day notice period.

  7. The User can access the Services on the Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any maintenance work on the Website that may in any way hinder the use of the Website will be notified by the Administrator on the Website's homepage.

  8. Within the Website, the User can: create and use an Account, make purchases to open a case with an Item, for which opening the User can earn event points, participate in battles, scratch off a scratch card, and use the generator.

  9. Occasionally, the Website may organize contests, promotions, or other events related to the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, the rules and conditions of which will be specified on the Website and in the respective regulations.

  10. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Administrator has no control over the content behind these links. The Administrator assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from the use of such websites. It is recommended that the User familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of service of the visited websites through the provided links each time.

§5 Account

  1. The Administrator informs that some functionalities or Services on the Website require the creation of an Account.

  3. The User may have a maximum of 5 Accounts, but may only use one of them for the following functionalities of the Website:

    1. Daily Bonus

    2. Promotional codes

  4. Using more than one Account to use the functionalities listed above will constitute a significant violation of the provisions of these Regulations, resulting in a decision to block all User Accounts for a permanent period.

  5. The User is responsible for managing and using the Account and is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the Account login data.

  6. The User has the right to appeal against the decision to block the Accounts within 30 days from the date of receipt of the message by sending an appeal in electronic form to the following address: [email protected]. The Website will respond to the appeal within 14 days and decide to restore the Accounts. User or refusal to accept the appeal. The Website's decision will be communicated to the User in the form of a return message.

  7. The User understands and accepts that logging into the Account is done through Steam.

  8. If the User suspects or detects a breach of the confidentiality of the Account login data, they should use the password recovery function to obtain a new password.

  9. By logging in through Steam, the User does not transfer any data added to the Website because the login is done outside the Website.

  10. The User is responsible for any actions or omissions made using the Account.

  11. The Website distinguishes 3 levels of Account security, which determine the withdrawal and deposit limits that unlock additional Services on the Website.

  12. The User has the ability to check the current security level of their Account at any time.

  13. The first level of security is automatically assigned to the User after depositing a total of 9.19 PLN in credits to the Account. This security level is mandatory and is assigned to the User upon meeting the above condition. Subsequent security levels are optional and depend on the User's actions on the Website.

  14. The Website implements identity verification of Users using the KYC system and procedures related to anti-money laundering using the AML system. For this purpose, the Website applies 3 levels of User verification: 1. through electronic messages to the email address, 2. through a deposit to a bank account, for which a PDF confirmation of the deposit is required, 3. by submitting a scan of an identification document (ID card, driver's license, passport, or ID card) and a facial photo.

§6 Price and Payments

  1. The User can top up their Account at any time by purchasing credits denoted by the symbols $, €, or zł, which are not real money but a virtual currency in the Website and cannot be partially refunded to the User.

  2. Credits in the form of virtual currency allow the User to make transactions on the Website.

  3. The purchase of credits is made using credit card payments: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro.

  4. Prices on the Website are stated in virtual currency $, €, or zł.

  5. The prices of Items are determined by the suppliers. In the event of any discrepancies with the prices set by the Seller or Steam, the supplier's price shall be binding.

  6. The user account on g4skins.com is funded exclusively with credits, which are the website's virtual currency. These credits are used to make transactions and use the services offered by the website.

  7. Credits are not and will not be treated as real money, fiat currency or their equivalent. The user acknowledges that the deposited funds are exchanged for virtual credits that can only be used within the website.

  8. Funds accumulated in the user's account in the form of virtual credits cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to other accounts.

  9. The User accepts that any funds credited to the account in the form of virtual credits are used only to use the services offered by the website and cannot be treated as a financial investment.

§7 Cases with Items

  1. The Website offers Users the option to purchase crates containing Items and to purchase crates containing Items created by other Users.

  2. The content of the crate is unknown to the User before its purchase. Prior to opening the crate, the User declares that they accept its content and have no objections in this regard.

  3. The Administrator does not influence the process of crate opening by the User.

  4. The Administrator does not guarantee that the value of the crate will be greater than the purchase price of opening the crate.

  5. In order to open a crate with Items, the User must have the first level of Account security unlocked.

  6. Upon opening a crate, the User receives experience points, which allow them to increase the level of security on the Website.

  7. A User can have up to 10 active crates on their Account at the same time.

  8. A User with the first level of Account security can use the free crate creator on the Website. Using the crate creator does not involve any fees or costs. With the crate creator, the User can set a commission rate from 0% to 3% that they expect to receive from each crate opening. The commission cost is not charged to the Website's partners who receive credits from the Website.

  9. The Website does not guarantee the availability of a specific Item. If an Item is unavailable, the User can wait for its availability or exchange it for another Item, with an additional payment or a refund of the difference, depending on the value.

  10. Items are sent to the User by an external provider. The Website acts only as an intermediary in the transaction and takes all necessary care to ensure that the transaction proceeds correctly.

§8 Events

  1. During the limited-time event organized on the Website, the User can earn special event points by opening event boxes and depositing funds into their Account. For every 0.25$ spent, the user receives 25 event points.

  2. The event will start on 03.10.2024 and last until 29.11.2024

  3. Users can use the event points they receive to participate in event activities such as GEMS CASE, and Ranking.

  4. During the event, the user can join rankings. A new ranking appears every week during the event. To join the ranking, the user must independently deposit event currency into it, click join, and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. The more event currency the User deposits, the higher position they can achieve. This determines the user's place in the ranking. The top positions are occupied by users with the highest amount of deposited currency.

  8. During the event, the user can leave the ranking at any time before it ends. Upon leaving the ranking, the event currency the user deposited is forfeited.

  9. At the end of the weekly ranking, the 50 Users who have collected the most currency in the ranking will receive rewards based on their position. Users' ranking positions are determined by the amount of currency collected. The ranking list with the highest scoring users and their positions can be checked in the ranking tab available on the Website.

  10. Ranking rewards are given after the ranking ends and are announced on the Website. Rewards for the ranking 1 will be given on 22.10.2024 at 23:59. Rewards for the ranking 2 will be given on 10.11.2024 at 23:59. Rewards for the ranking 3 will be given on 29.11.2024 at 23:59.

  11. At the end of the event, any unused currency by the user is forfeited.

§9 GEMS CASE

  1. The user can open a case under which there is 1 Item.

  2. As the cases price increases, user will receive a higher class item.

  3. At the end of the cases pool, the User has the option to generate new cases.

§10 Contract

  1. Using a contract, the User can exchange several other items for one of a higher class.

  2. At least 2 items and no more than 10 must be inserted into the contract.

§11 Withdrawal from the Agreement

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement for the provision of Services without stating a reason by submitting a relevant statement within 14 days from the date of concluding the agreement for the provision of Services. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiry.

  2. Statements regarding the withdrawal from the Agreement can be sent to the address: Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus or via email: [email protected].

  3. Upon receiving the consumer's statement of withdrawal from the agreement, they will receive a confirmation of receipt from the Administrator to their email address.

  4. The right to withdraw from the agreement by the consumer is excluded in the following cases:

    1. for the provision of services if the Administrator has fully performed the service with the explicit consent of the consumer, who was informed before the provision commenced that upon performance of the service, they would lose the right to withdraw from the agreement;

    2. for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service has commenced with the explicit consent of the consumer before the expiration of the withdrawal period and after being informed by the seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.

  5. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the agreement is considered void. Whatever the parties have performed shall be returned in an unchanged state, unless a change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management, in particular the determination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 days.

  6. The Administrator informs that with each execution of a Service related to Items, prior to the commencement of the provision of such Service, the Administrator will request the consumer's consent to perform that Service, after which the consumer will not have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating a reason.

§12 Complaints

  1. The Seller is responsible towards the Customer, including the Customer who is a consumer, for warranty claims based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act. In relation to Customers who are entrepreneurs, liability for warranty claims is excluded.

  3. We recommend that the User include their full name, correspondence address, and a description of the problem in the complaint.

  4. The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within a period of up to 14 days.

§13 Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods

  1. The consumer is entitled to use alternative dispute resolution methods by seeking free assistance in resolving the dispute through the district (city) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.

  2. Through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, there is the possibility of attempting to resolve the dispute out of court.

§14 Final Provisions

  1. In matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act apply.

  2. The User will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions through information on the main page of the Website, which will include a summary of the changes and the date they will come into effect. The effective date of the changes will not be shorter than 14 days from the date of their announcement. Failure to accept the changes by the User will result in the termination of the agreement for the provision of Services.

  3. The Terms and Conditions are effective as of May 4, 2023.
