§1 Return Policy of the G4Skins Service

This document describes the terms and conditions for refunding funds paid for the purchase of credits on the G4Skins website.

The information in question is also included in our current Terms of Service, which the User was required to read, in particular when creating an Account, and whose content the User accepted. The Website prevents the use of its services and functionality if the User does not declare that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

§2 Use of the services and functionality of the G4Skins Website

Within the Website, the User makes transactions and uses the Website's services through purchased virtual credits or event points obtained during and as part of an Event. The User may purchase credits at any time by topping up their Account. Event points, also known as “gems,” are obtained by the User only during the Event when topping up the Account or opening specific event boxes containing event points. Credits and event points are not real money, fiat currency, or their equivalent, and as a rule, they are not refundable to the User. Credits and Items purchased on the Website, as well as event points obtained, constitute digital content.

§3 When is the equivalent value of purchased credits non-refundable?
  1. The refund shall not apply if, after purchasing credits, the User has used any feature available on the Website, in particular:

    1. Official cases,

    2. Users cases,

    3. Daily case,

    4. Battles,

    5. Shop,

    6. Use of event points (Game Case, Destiny Case, Ranking).

  2. Using any of the above functions means using credits on the Website and results in the loss of the right to obtain a refund.

  3. A refund is also not available if the User accepted a trade offer within the Steam system and subsequently caused the trade to be reversed or cancelled on their own, particularly by using the features available within Steam. In such a case, it is assumed that the transaction was completed correctly on the part of the Service, and the reversal of the trade occurred for reasons attributable to the User.

  4. If, after the User accepts the trade offer, the Item returns to the inventory of the account from which it was sent, and this situation is the result of the User’s actions within the Steam system, this does not constitute grounds for a refund, reissuance of the Item, or the granting of any compensation.

  5. The fact that the Item is locked, trade restricted, or affected by a Steam procedure does not constitute a failure to deliver the Item and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the User’s failure to accept a trade offer within the Steam system before its expiration constitutes a case in which a refund is due, whereas the revocation or cancellation of a trade after its prior acceptance by the User constitutes a case in which a refund is not available.

  7. The sale of an Item from the User’s Inventory for Credits credited to the Account is also non-refundable and non-cancellable. After selling an Item, the User may not demand that the sold Item be returned to the Inventory, that the same Item be returned, that an equivalent Item be provided, or that any other compensation be granted in this regard.

  8. The User accepts that the actions, transactions, and operations performed by them on the Service are final and cannot be revoked, canceled, or reversed at the User’s request. This applies in particular to actions performed using Credits, Items, or event points.

§4 In which situations does the User retain the right to a refund?

The administrator provides for the possibility of a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The user shall submit a refund request within 14 days of purchasing the credits, and

  2. up to the time of submitting the request, the User has not used any of the credit-consuming functions in the Service listed above, and

  3. The purchase of credits was made using payment methods for which refunds are available, i.e. using:

    1. payment by payment card (including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro,

    2. online transfer,

    3. payments handled by payment operators (including ZEN, Ecommpay, Simpay),

    4. payments via: BLIK.

  4. A refund is not possible if the User has used any of the credit-consuming functions in the Service listed above.

A refund is not available for credit purchases made using other payment methods available in the Service, in particular: BLIK Pay Later, SMS, Pay by Skins, paysafecard, and cryptocurrency payments.

Therefore, if the User purchases new credits and does not make any transactions after the purchase, does not use any of the functions available on the G4Skins Website, the User shall have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase (acquisition of credits). The right to a refund applies only to newly purchased credits. This means that even if the User had credits in their Account but purchased new credits, they are only entitled to a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase (Account top-up) for these new credits if they do not use any of the features available on the Website during this period. The use of any function therefore refers each time to the most recent credits (those most recently purchased by the User).

The User understands and agrees that the use of any of the functions listed above shall be treated as consuming, in the first instance, the most recently purchased credits, and shall consequently result in the loss of the right to a refund of such credits.

§5 Return policy and terms

In order to process a refund request, the Administrator may require information that allows for the identification of the Account and the transaction, in particular a link to the Steam profile and the steamid64 identification number.

If the refund is accepted, it will generally be made using the payment method used by the User to purchase the credits, in the currency of purchase, with the proviso that refunds are only possible for payment methods for which refunds are available in accordance with this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service. The refund should be made no later than 30 days after the request has been approved.

§6 Event points - no possibility of return

The User does not acquire event points as a result of purchasing them, but only receives them during the Event period when topping up their Account or opening event boxes strictly defined within the Event. The User is not granted the possibility of returning event points.
