The site offers top-up bonus coupons and discount coupons. A top-up bonus coupon grants an additional bonus to your deposit, while a discount coupon reduces the price of a case and can be as high as 100%, meaning the case can be free.
Coupons can be found in a dedicated tab within the user profile and in the 'Your Items' quick inventory.
Each coupon has a specific validity period: 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days, starting from the day it is received. The coupon must be activated manually; however, activation does not extend the validity period. If a 30-day coupon is received on January 25th and activated on January 30th, there are 25 days remaining to use it. After this time, the coupon expires.
Coupons do not stack. A top-up bonus coupon cannot be combined with other coupons, and in the case of discount coupons for the same case, only one coupon can be active at a time.
Top-up bonus coupons may have a set maximum bonus, a minimum top-up amount, or both conditions simultaneously. The bonus will only be granted once the required conditions are met.
Examples:
– A coupon gives a 3% top-up bonus, up to a maximum of $10. Even if 3% of the deposit is higher, the bonus will not exceed $10.
– A coupon only works from a minimum top-up amount, e.g., $2. For a lower amount, the bonus will not be applied.
– A coupon gives a 5% bonus, up to a maximum of $15, and works from a $5 amount. The bonus will only be applied for a top-up of at least $5, and the amount of bonus funds will not exceed $15.
You can check the coupon's expiration date in the separate inventory dedicated to coupons. Information regarding the expiration date is displayed there for every coupon.
The top-up bonus from a coupon is applied to the first credited deposit. This means that if you first top up your account with skins (which are credited after about 8 days) and then top up using another payment method, the coupon will be applied to the deposit from the other payment method because it will be credited faster.
